Spacing inserts

Spacing inserts are made of 2, 3, 5, 7-layer paperboard

They are used to separate, fix and protect products in the packaging, interlacing the product layers.

The inserts can form a simple protective cover, allowing for high packaging flexibility when creased.

Cardboard boxes

We produce cardboard boxes from 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer cardboard.

You can choose from boxes according to the FEFCO catalog or we can make a box exactly according to your requirements.

The boxes can be printed with flexographic printing with full-color printing and a final varnish. Joints are dealt with by gluing or sewing. We use modern technology to ensure the accurate dimensions and fitting of boxes.

Shipping boxes

We are able to produce shipping boxes of various sizes designed for very bulky, products with an above-standard weight, or for goods being transported overseas.

The transport box can consist of a custom pallet, a cardboard box of up to 7-layer cardboard, which can be completed with internal grids for separating goods and wooden reinforcement, which will ensure strength and stackability even when packing very heavy goods.

Fixation grids

We produce fixation grids from glued, sewn or loosely folded cardboard which can be used to separate and fix goods in cardboard boxes, KLT boxes, KTP, Gibo and Ecopack boxes.

Grids are designed to be foldable to save space for transport and storage

Unlimited number of constructions according to the customer's exact specification and requirements.

All these products can be made with full-color printing and final varnish.
