Protective corners are produced by compacting several layers of thick cardboard or kraft paper and gluing the dispersion adhesive in the shape of an equilateral triangle, an L or a U.
Use, advantages of protective corners
- protection of edges and surfaces
- protective structure
- protection of vertical and round edges
- end protection
- box reinforcements - higher load capacity and stability
- aesthetic appearance of packaged goods
Their use eliminates the risk of damage to corners and edges during handling, transport and storage. At the same time, it supports the goods on the pallet and ensures the strength of the packaging and its stability.
Self-adhesive design (with tape on the inside) facilitates packaging. Thanks to their use of a large pallet, just one worker can pack. Another application is the internal reinforcement of cartons with protective corners, which allows stacking up to twice as much.
All protective corners are delivered in precisely cut lengths. Only standard binding technology is required for packaging.
